La Casa del Cine se convierte un año más en la plataforma del talento almerienses con el ciclo Emergencia Urbana, un proyecto artístico que tiene como principal objetivo apoyar a los músicos emergentes en la provincia de Almería, ofreciéndoles un espacio en el que compartir su música, favoreciendo así su reconocimiento y desarrollo como artistas. Emergencia Urbana es un proyecto de la asociación LaOficina, en colaboración con la concejalía de Promoción de la Ciudad del Ayuntamiento de Almería y el proyecto AURA de la Universidad de Almería.
