Perbacco è un viaggio che trasporta lo spettatore dal Caucaso, culla del vino, fino al Mediterraneo in una narrazione fitta e accattivante. Passando dal Vecchio Testamento a Omero e attraversando la Mesopotamia dell’Epopea di Gilgamesh, il vino assurge a strumento per la comprensione del mondo e diventa portatore di cultura e storia, accomunando gli spettatori in un racconto che ancora ci appartiene.
