Descrizione
Belle Scar is a unique, powerful singer songwriter, producer and artistic director originally from Montreal now living in London UK. She is a mixed Asian artist who is not afraid to speak out about real things we are all experiencing and enchanting us with rich cinematic music which you could imagine in a Tim Burton or Jim Jarmusch film and other times you can think of a tribal journey in the desert mixed with some Nick Cave, David Bowie, PJ Harvey and Nina Simone. She will take you on a journey with her mesmerising live performances and her wild intensity. Belle Scar produces her own shows with her full band, strings and choir as well as performing solo on the piano. She performed her first 2 big productions in London in 2020-21 to a sold-out audience at the legendary St Pancras Church and Arts Depot.
She has collaborated with several international artists in music, cinema, multi-media and fashion. She participated at the Flux Exhibition at the Royal College of arts in London, The Glastonbury Festival U.K, NXNE Festival in Toronto, New Cinema Festival and International Literature Festival, The Fringe and Pop Montreal in Canada, Degeneration Festival in the Czech Republic. She has also produced and directed her own choir of 30 singers in Montreal. She is presently working on her second album due for Summer 2022.
