Christa Elmer ( Gesang und Harmonikas ) , Joan Palerm ( Guitarre und Loops ) und Juan Cruz ( Schlagzeug ) haben sich im 2024 zusammengetan.

Alle 3 Musiker haben eine lange Karriere hinter sich.

Juan Cruz ist ein junger Argentinien der seit ein paar Jahren auf Mallorca wohnt und seither die Musikszene bereichert.

Joan Palerm ist ein juger Mallorquiner der das volle Jazzstudium absolviert hat und zur Zeit auch als Lehrer am Konservatorium arbeitet. Er und Juan haben sich schon seit längerem kennen und schätzen gelernt und als die beiden “zufällig” auf Christa gestossen sind, wurde schnell klar, das daraus ein HAPPY Projekt wird.

Christa ist gebürtige Schweizerin, was man ihr aber nicht mehr anmerkt, da sie schon sooo lange auf Mallorca wohnt. Ihre tiefe Alt Stimme wurde immer als “black voice” eingestuft. Eine Soulstimme so was zwischen Amy Winehouse und einer Jazzstimme.

Sie hat bereits als Kind in einem Musicalchor in der Schweiz als Sopransolistin gesungen, hat danach in der Jugend an der Jazzschule Lausanne Gesang studiert. Christa komponiert am Piano auch eigene Songs und ist aber vor allem bekannt als LA CHICA DE LA ARMONICA. Das Mädel das Harmonika spielt. Seit über 30 Jahren spielt sie Harmonikas und fetzt mit diesem kleinen Instrument ihre Gefühle um unsere Seelen. Sie weint, lacht und tanzt durch dieses Instrument. Christa hat viel positivie Energie die sie auch gerne aussprüht an ihren Konzerten.

Her deep alto voice has always been described as a „black voice“ – a soul voice somewhere between Amy Winehouse and a jazz voice. As a child, she sang as a soprano soloist in a musical choir in Switzerland, and later, as a teenager, she studied vocals at the Jazz School Lausanne. Christa Elmer (veu i harmòniques), Joan Palerm (guitarra i loops) i Juan Cruz (bateria) es van unir el 2024. Els tres músics tenen una llarga trajectòria professional.

Juan Cruz és un jove argentí que fa uns quants anys que viu a Mallorca i des de llavors ha enriquit l'escena musical.

 Joan Palerm és un jove mallorquí que ha completat els estudis de jazz i actualment també treballa com a professor al conservatori. Ell i Juan es coneixen i s'aprecien des de fa temps, i quan tots dos es van trobar "accidentalment" amb la Christa, ràpidament va quedar clar que d'aquí sorgiria un projecte HAPPY.

La Christa, nascuda a Suïssa, ja no mostra els seus orígens, ja que fa molt de temps que viu a Mallorca. La seva veu d'alt profunda sempre ha estat qualificada com una "veu negra", una veu de soul a mig camí entre Amy Winehouse i una veu de jazz. De petita, ja cantava com a solista soprano en un cor de musicals a Suïssa, i després, de jove, va estudiar cant a l'Escola de Jazz de Lausana. La Christa també compon les seves pròpies cançons al piano, però és coneguda principalment com a LA CHICA DE LA ARMONICA. La noia que toca l'harmònica. Des de fa més de 30 anys, toca l'harmònica i amb aquest petit instrument transmet les seves emocions a les nostres ànimes. Plora, riu i balla a través d'aquest instrument. La Christa té molta energia positiva que li agrada irradiar en els seus concerts.
